The object of this Bill is to amend the Public Health Act 2010 to provide for the payment of
compensation to workers who suffer injury, loss or damage as a result of a requirement to be
vaccinated.
Please note that there has been no lawful direction for any person in Australia to succumb to a medical procedure, in this case an injection of a product from manufacturers such as Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca.
This is against the founding law of the colony, that being Section 51 (xxiiiA) of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.
